KiloTrip Charge is an early demand-validation survey run by the team behind KiloTrip. It is not yet a live product and does not connect to your Tesla, your inverter, or your electricity account. This statement covers only the information you choose to give us through the survey on this page.
Only what you tell us in the survey:
We also record a random session identifier (so we can save your progress) and basic analytics about how the page is used. We do not collect your Tesla login, vehicle location, or any electricity-account data — the survey never asks for them.
Solely to decide whether to build KiloTrip Charge and, if we do, which hardware and integrations to support first. If you give us your email, we may use it to tell you about early access. That's it — no unrelated marketing.
We store responses using Google Firebase (Firestore database and Cloud Storage for uploaded photos), which hosts our infrastructure, and we use Google Analytics to understand page usage in aggregate. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers or energy retailers.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on Google Cloud infrastructure with access restricted to our team. Uploaded photos are kept in a private storage location.
We keep survey responses only as long as needed to evaluate and build the product. You can ask us to delete your response and any uploaded photo at any time by emailing hello@kilotrip.app — mention the email address you used, or ask and we'll help you identify your response.
You may request a copy of the information you submitted, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Contact hello@kilotrip.app.
