Your email address, Tesla account tokens (encrypted), vehicle identifiers, and trip data (start/end locations, distance, duration, routes). Trip locations and addresses are encrypted with a key unique to your account.
Solely to provide and improve the KiloTrip service — recording your trips, displaying your driving history, and managing your subscription.
We share data only as needed to operate the service: Tesla (vehicle telemetry & commands), Stripe (payment processing — we never see your card number), OpenStreetMap/Nominatim (reverse-geocoding coordinates into addresses), and Google/Firebase (hosting, authentication, database). We do not sell your data.
Tesla tokens and trip location data are encrypted at rest with AES-256. All communication uses HTTPS or mTLS. Each user has a unique encryption key.
Your data is kept while your account is active. You can request full deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting hello@kilotrip.app.
You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time. Contact hello@kilotrip.app.
If we update this statement, you will be asked to accept the new version before continuing to use the service.
